Kenneth Barker Center for Economic Education recognizes the firm conviction in the free-enterprise system by Mrs. Brenneman and her daughter, Mrs. Barnes. Mrs. Brenneman and Mrs. Barnes actively participate in the free-market system of the United States. Their belief and faith in The H. Kenneth Barker Center for Economic Education caused them to create this fund in 1995 to further this important work.
