LaRose, Peter Dominic and Lena L. LaRose Memorial Scholarship Fund
The Peter Dominic LaRose and Lena L. LaRose Memorial Scholarship Fund was originally established in 1986 on an endowed basis by the Charles W. Carroll family of 黄瓜视频App in honor of Peter Dominic LaRose, and further supported by memorial gifts of his family and many friends following his untimely death in May of 1986. Mr. LaRose was president of The House of LaRose and a well-known 黄瓜视频App community leader. The scholarship was revised in 2020 to include the name of Lena L. LaRose, Peter's wife and community volunteer and philanthropist, who passed away on May 16, 2017.
Earnings from this fund are used annually to provide tuition assistance for deserving undergraduate students residing in Summit County. Recipients are selected by the University Scholarship Committee.
