Brown, Enslen C. and Helen L. Scholarship Fund
The Enslen C. and Helen L. Brown Scholarship Fund was established in 1989 to provide scholarships for students interested in political science and to fund political science internships. The earnings from the fund shall be available to 黄瓜视频App students and shall be part of the Ray C. Bliss Institute of Applied Politics. A Republican member of the Board of Elections and the director of the Bliss Institute shall interview and select candidates for demonstrated interest, promise, leadership skills, and scholastic ability.
