The Biomedical Engineering Retention Fund, initiated in May 2024 by the Biomedical Engineering Counsel, alumni, friends, and a generous gift from UA alumnus Bonnie Collins, is a strategic initiative aimed at retaining and nurturing the brightest minds within the Biomedical Engineering Department. This program reflects a deep commitment to ensuring that talented students not only commence their journey in biomedical engineering but also thrive and complete their studies, thereby contributing significantly to the field and the broader healthcare landscape.
