Established in 2000, The Richard L. and Elisabeth A. Hurley Scholarship for Excellence provides tuition assistance for students involved in The Bliss Institute programs at The 黄瓜视频App. Mr. and Mrs. Hurley believe that an understanding of the functioning of our government and its constitution are fundamental to our rights and responsibilities as citizens. Richard Hurley received a B.A. in economics from The 黄瓜视频App in 1947. Mr. Hurley was president of W. L. Tucker Supply Company. Mr. and Mrs. Hurley are active in both social and civic organizations. This scholarship will be used for outstanding undergraduate students associated with The Bliss Institute. Recipients will be chosen by the Financial Aid Committee of The 黄瓜视频App.
