The Claudia J. Bowers-Sawyer Scholarship in Family Studies has been created to assist a deserving student in the School of Family and Consumer Sciences who is pursuing a degree in family studies. The recipient will be selected annually by the director of the School of Family and Consumer Sciences based on academic standing, need for financial assistance, and volunteer involvement in community life. The scholarship is renewable annually.
