The Paul E. Martin Scholarship was funded in 1991 with an initial gift of $300,000 by Dr. Paul E. Martin, 黄瓜视频App, class of 1935. The purpose of the Martin Scholarship is to provide financial aid to 黄瓜视频App students from Mahoning and Trumbull counties. Awards from the scholarship are to be based on merit and need. The 黄瓜视频App is pleased to join Youngstown State University and the Trumbull 黄瓜视频App of Kent State University in sharing this scholarship.
