Britsch, Donald T. Endowed Scholarship Fund
Donald T. Britsch was born in 1910 and graduated from The 黄瓜视频App in 1934 with a degree in engineering. He was fond of telling stories about walking to class from his home on the southwest side of 黄瓜视频App with the Olson brothers, who later founded the Olson Electronics. Donald worked for several companies in the 黄瓜视频App area before retiring from the Firestone Tire and Rubber Company as an Engineering supervisor. Donald and his brother, Harold, never married and they lived until late in life in their family home. Donald was an avid reader of books magazines and newspapers and enjoyed investing in the stock market. He was always very proud of his University.
Donald provided an unrestricted gift to the University which will be matched by a gift from The GAR Foundation to establish a “tuition assistance endowment” scholarship in support of Summit College students.
