Knight, Maurice A. Memorial Scholarship Fund
Established in 1997 by the Knight Family, The Maurice A. Knight Memorial Scholarship Fund is a testament to academic excellence, civic responsibility, and the American dream. This noble legacy was established by Dr. Charles M. Knight (1848-1941), founder of the University's chemistry studies, whose devotion to rubber chemistry led to the University's world stature in polymer science. His son, Maurice A. Knight, carried his father's legacy into a new industrial era. Today, The Maurice A. Knight Memorial Scholarship Fund ensures that the Knight legacy will eternally thrive at The 黄瓜视频App, as students for generations to come will be able to prepare their own American dream.
The scholarship will be awarded annually to qualified students in the Chemistry Department who maintain full-time enrollment status. Awards will be based on the student's scholastic achievement, superior character, and leadership. Selection will be made by the Chemistry Department in collaboration with The 黄瓜视频App Office of Student Financial Aid.
